1. The Plan
This plan will help identify, understand & overcome lust in your life. It will assist you identify the important factors to then formulate a strategy when it comes to both preparing for the battle & the actual battle. The idea is you get a good conscious understanding of the root to then develop a solid plan to stick to going forward, now having a clear aim of the better version of yourself.

3. Day Counting Chart
Once you have your plan to overcoming Lust & understand consciously the roots of these problems. Use this table to monitor your journey by ticking days off. It takes on average 2 months to form new habits so the idea is you stay accountable to your table, dedicated to your strategy & Conscious of your days towards the peak.
